Introducing Versioneer — Now Available (Versions 1.0 to 1.3)

We haven’t posted about Versioneer here yet, so let’s fix that. Versioneer is the command centre for indie developers: plan your next release, log bugs by severity, capture feature ideas, and watch them flow through your release lifecycle — all synced privately across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud.

Version 1.3

This release adds custom app icons — assign an individual icon to each project so you can tell your apps apart at a glance.

Version 1.2

New features in this version: a daily Focus widget for your Home Screen or Mac desktop that rotates through your projects, and reminders before planned release dates — choose how far in advance in Settings. Deleting a bug or feature now also removes it from any planned release it was attached to.

Version 1.1

This release brings bug fixes and refinements, including an improved tap target on the iPad onboarding screen and a cleaned-up help guide.

Version 1.0 / 1.0.1

Versioneer launched on May 19, followed the very next day by a quick 1.0.1 patch to smooth out the initial release.

Let us know what would help you most in your own release workflow.
